We understand that preferences can change. You may return any unused and unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Please note:
- Delivery and return postage fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition to qualify.
Damaged or Unwanted Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter with care.
Should the outer packaging show visible damage at the time of delivery, you may refuse the parcel and notify us. This ensures swift replacement or resolution.
Once your return is received, our atelier team will inspect the item thoroughly and the contents tested. If confirmed unused and in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed without delay.
UK Returns Policy
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, WILMOT Atelier reserves the right to charge the full courier-applied shipping fee.
Shipping is calculated with precision at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Rates begin at £3.65 and may vary depending on the size and composition of the items selected.
Safe Place Deliveries
If you request delivery to a Safe Place, the courier’s Delivery Scan Record will serve as proof of delivery—whether to the specified location or an alternative deemed secure by the courier. Selecting this option is at your own discretion and risk.
